SIA is a local-first automation platform in development. This is a concept preview, not a verified installed system.

Bundles / deployment profiles

Start with a profile. Finish with a home-specific blueprint.

SIA is not designed as a one-box product. These deployment profiles show how the platform can scale from a focused installation to a deeply integrated estate while preserving the same authority model, local control principles, and protocol independence.

Focused deployment

SIA Core

A strong starting point for apartments, condos, smaller homes, or a first phase that establishes the local intelligence foundation.

  • Primary SIA Station and local services
  • Local household identity and policy
  • Lighting, climate, shades, and scene orchestration
  • Matter / Thread / Wi-Fi plus selected gateways
  • Local automations and manual override precedence
  • Dashboard surfaces for authorized household users

Large property profile

SIA Estate

For larger residences, detached structures, extensive AV, specialty building systems, complex networking, and higher resilience requirements.

  • Everything in SIA Home
  • Expanded edge compute and storage topology
  • Multi-switch PoE and higher-capacity camera fabric
  • KNX / BACnet / Modbus / specialty bridge integration
  • Advanced spatial zoning and environmental sensing
  • Power supervision and resilient recovery planning
  • Commissioning and lifecycle evidence package

What does not change

The same architecture laws apply at every scale.

More rooms and more hardware should not create more authority bypasses. Every deployment profile keeps the same boundaries around ordinary control, safety, users, remote access, AI, and evidence.

One ordinary-effect path Manual, automation, Agent, and remote requests converge on Core policy.
Independent safety Life-safety and alarm authority stay separate from general intelligence.
Local truth first Home state and normal control stay usable without the public internet.
Replaceable integrations Protocol vendors and models remain behind stable capability contracts.

Commissioning matters

Hardware selection is only half the job.

A serious deployment also needs room and zone modeling, durable device identity, network segmentation, role and guest policy, protocol qualification, backup behavior, manual override rules, media placement, and recovery planning.

Blueprint before installation

The best bundle is the one that fits the building. A blueprint turns property details and desired experiences into a deployment sequence instead of forcing every home into the same kit.

Illustrative profile comparison

Choose by scope, not by feature lock-in.

Use these profiles as a starting point—not a ceiling.

A SIA deployment should match your building, existing devices, infrastructure quality, privacy choices, resilience needs, and the household's preferred experience.
